Bengaluru: Embassy Office Parks REIT (NSE: EMBASSY, BSE: 542602), Asia’s largest office REIT by area and India’s first listed real estate investment trust, has named Amit Shetty as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1, 2025.
Amit Shetty, who has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2021, steps into the top leadership role after a successful tenure in driving operations, leasing, and development strategies across Embassy REIT’s premium commercial real estate portfolio. He succeeds Ritwik Bhattacharjee, who now takes on the role of Senior Advisor.

The appointment comes at a time when India’s office sector is witnessing renewed momentum, driven by strong demand for Grade-A commercial spaces. Under Shetty’s leadership, Embassy REIT aims to further expand its presence, build on institutional-grade asset management practices, and enhance stakeholder value.

Prior to Embassy REIT, Amit Shetty held senior leadership roles at CBRE and Honeywell, leading some of the country’s most significant corporate real estate developments. His domain expertise spans office leasing, capital projects, asset sales, and operational management.
